Tremor leaks through the manifold

So I'm trying to fix my friend's tremor. I took my manifold off which is good and put it on his tremor and it still leaks, it leaks out the side of the manifold. I put the manifold back onto my gun and it seals and everything is fine.

What could be the problem?

you were using the same manifold orings? If that's not it, maybe check the solenoid inserts.

Its either the noid spool or the noid inserts are out of alignment. Ide say the noid spool

i used my noid and manifold and it still leaks on the tremor.

it could actually be a bolt systes problem too, try swapping bolt systems. try each individually then all together. the noid, manifold and bolt system, not each piece of the bolt guide

The bolt seals in my shocker fine.

and mine in the tremor.

btw didn't know that nxt solenoid inserts are different then sft fucked mine up putting it in the tremor now i have zero guns working.

So i found out it was the reg at 400psi and the orings can't handle that type of presure and it looks like the noid is done.
